I have been in Real Estate industry since 1998 (23 years).
I am in my 50s and my energy level is still high, and I am still passionate in my real estate career.
To walk this Real Estate journey for so many years is not an easy feat. But as long as you have the passion in what you do, it will never be just another job. I love what I am doing - meeting people, understanding their needs and walking with them hand in hand to guide them thru the entire process.
As an experienced agent, I take the time and effort to explain and share with my clients the entire process. I run thru all the facts and numbers with my clients and provide options on their purchases/sales. They will have a clearer picture of the financing and other aspects of their real estate purchases/sales which will sharpen their decision making.
Once you put your clients’ interests before yours, they can feel your sincerity and they will put their full trust and faith in you.
I have helped sellers sell their properties within 1st day of viewing and helped buyers chose their ideal unit within 1st round of viewing. That is job satisfaction helping my clients fulfill their real estate needs.

There were many house agents who were keen to market my house. Alton stood out as an agent who was knowledgeable, professional, and capable. I decided to sign him on as the exclusive agent and have no regrets doing so. With Alton's excellent write-up of my place and his expertise in selling to potential buyers, my place was sold within 3 weeks (at my desired price) compared to previous agents who were unsuccessful even after a year.
